How do AI prediction credits work?
Every new account gets 5 free credits to try Karmgyan AI. Each question consumes 1–3 credits depending on depth (quick / standard / deep). You can top up anytime from the credit packs page — packs start at ₹99.
How do I edit my birth profile?
Your birth date, time, and place power every chart. You can update them anytime from your profile settings.
I bought credits but my balance hasn't updated.
Payments usually settle in under 2 minutes. If your balance still hasn't moved after that, open a ticket with your order ID and we'll fix it manually.
How do I track a marketplace order?
All your orders — including shipping status, vendor, and tracking — are listed in your orders page.
Can I become a vendor?
Yes. We onboard small Indian artisans and astrology practitioners. Apply through the consultant onboarding flow and our team will review.
I forgot my password / can't log in.
Use the email magic-link option on the login page — no password needed. If your link doesn't arrive, check spam, then contact us.
